Course Description: Your ability to demonstrate best practices in Program Management—both on the job and through professional certification—is becoming the standard to compete in today's fast-paced workplace.

Course Length: 5.0 days

Course Objective: You will apply the generally recognized practices of program management acknowledged by the Project Management Institute (PMI)®.

Target Student: This course is for experienced program management professionals, professionals working toward PMI®'s Program Management Professional (PgMP)® certification, or completing Professional Development Units.

Prerequisites: Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification course or equivalent and work experience in the area of project and program management and be familiar with program management terms and concepts.
